Mim Kocher

My main love is creating small sculptures using recycled bases and a modelling medium, engraving tools, ceramic and acrylic paints. I’m always a bit sad to part with them as they evolve into such little characters.
I also work in textiles, creating hand painted bags and aprons. I love the thought of people walking around shopping centres carrying my artwork. I paint on canvas using acrylics or oil paints, and on ceramics, using ceramic paint. After working as an art teacher and art consultant for many years I love experimenting with a variety of media.
