Healesville Glassblowing Studio
Healesville Glassblowing Studio was founded by Tim Bassett & Tali Dalton, internationally recognised glass artists with a combined practice of over 25 years. Their individual work is in the Australian National Art Glass Collection and the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.Tim specialises in site-specific contemporary chandeliers while Tali’s focus is on sculpture.
‘We work independently but also collaborate on a range of functional objects where we approach the vessel as a
canvas on which to explore colour and texture in a painterly manner, creating abstract and expressionistic land and skyscapes. Our mezzanine viewing area provides the opportunity to see, first hand, the ancient art of glassblowing.’
